Looking for a hunting club where I can hunt Deer and Pheasants and quail, I currently live in Union County, NJ but willing to drive anywhere in NJ.

Hunterdon county club $1600/yr with a building to shower or to sleep at all you want , a rifle range and trap house for your use..
Club has yearly avg of 17 leases, totalling around 750 acres, with about 25 members.

I am new to this site. I have heard of different places with different payment options. Do you require 1600 up front or do you do payments through out the year until lease payments are do to land owners

We pay our leases right away in January so all dues are due January each year
