I have posted about this grinder in past,  and doing it again.

It's a Harbor Freight Special to say the least.

I purchased this grinder eight years ago and since then 70 deer have gone through it plus regrinding to make sticks and sausages throughout the year.

Just finished up the 3 does from first week and made burgers, added onions and shredded cheese for them, but onto grinder.

Like stated it a Harbor Freight, Ship to Shore that i bought eight years ago for $53.

Honestly if it took a shit tomorrow I'm buying another one.

Bonus its down to $49

Those small grinders can do a great job.

I did many with my kitchenaid food processor.

But they take a lot of time.

Currently using a 1 HP cabelas grinder when doing single deer, and a 1 3/4 HP comes out when doing multiple deer.

They grind QUICK, and def put less heat into the meat while doing so. makes the job not as tedious

I 100% agree,  quicker would be awesome,  but $300ish or at my point $53 for at this point 70 some deer and still counting.

At some point I may go and drop the bigger bucks for the speed

Do you add any other meat to the venison for burgers

Straight venison this go around,  I will make a batch eventually with bacon in it.
