Many known they had issues with their blocks a few weeks ago.

They since have sent me a hat and some coupons to apologize...

 

I got this msg out of the blue today (weeks later)... they will be mailing me some blocks free. A+ customer service.

We bought six blocks a few weeks ago that melted away in three days.

Sent them 1 email and they notified the local dealer, and they replaced the 6 blocks for free.

New blocks are def harder , and cant ask for better customer service

I'll be checking my blocks this Sunday. I put them out two weeks ago so, we'll see.

Few weeks ago they sent me  five $5.00 coupons cause the blocks I purchased where breaking apart very easily.......I have purchased five blocks in the last 2 weeks, and they too have been breaking easily, I contacted Sportsman's Choice three times to inform them of the ongoing problem, they haven't replied.........I tell you, the deer and bears love these blocks

It is a great company and they are trying to fix the issue. I am testing 2 new blocks this week and hopefully they will be back to being the record rock blocks we are use to. Yes, this type of customer service is rare nowadays.

FYI: They contacted me, they gave the three stores I purchased the blocks, but I don't have the plastic wrap, they are sending me some coupons for free blocks.....110% great CS !!!

I tried em last year at 2 spots. Approx a mile apart. They destroyed the one site and never touched the other. Good to hear about their customer service!
