anyone excited for fall trout?

with the rainy summer we had and more coming we are looking at a fantastic fall trout season. went out yesterday for some smallmouth on the lower south branch and cant remember the river ever being that full and cool for the first week of sept. every other year the river is a puddle with high temps. im looking forward to this fall trout season. higher water should spread them out more along with more holdovers for next spring. good luck to anyone going out

I am Iam.....was out two weeks ago got a couple of fat beautiful 15" rainbows for the grill....superworms (the big nasty white mealies that feel like they want to dig into your skin) were da bomb.....going this weekend to try and catch some more in the snow (gonna be up in Montague) and split some firewood for the winter at my sportsmen's club cabin.
