At least the land is woodland assessed and those taxes will be low. The house is what it is.

Hunted down the street for 8 years- shot more deer with a bow there than anywhere else Ive ever hunted. Lost that property this year and it stings!  I had a peaceful quiet spot all to myself, loved hunting that area. Good Luck with the sale!

It used to be a great area for deer. More so before all of the house showed up. This place looks like a good fit for somebody with a half million laying around.

10K in taxes for 11 acres isn't bad for NJ.  Nice looking spot

It says "blinds" under amenities. Are they elevated or pop up?
