... and I watched to thing burn up in front of me.  Just started smoking... WTF?  Bushnell trophy cam. probably about 3 years old and never had any issues with it.

This ever happen to anyone on here?

I've gotten rid of all of my Bushnells. I used to love them but, I've had three go bad in one year and a fourth go bad early this year.

I had a Bushnell as well, it took good pictures but it died within 2 years

I had 3 bushnells a few years back. They all broke within a year or 2. Won't buy them again. I have been using the Primos Proof 02 cams with pretty good luck since.

Yup, my bushnells both crapped the bed inside of the first year. I switched to Spypoints and have had great luck with them. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They have a 2 year warranty too.

I have 3 bushnells about 2 seasons old. They take good pictures but 2 of them are starting to act up

 Bushnell has good customer service but that's cause they break a LOT .

I just had an essential 2 Bushnell just take a crap after minimal use. I am debating whether it is worth sending it back. No luck with the Bushnells. Already returned an agressor for a refurb that is really a piece of crap for the night pics. Oliver helped me with a Stealthcam that quit after a good number of pictures. A Primos cam took a crap. Maybe its me? I have a couple of Moultries that are still going. Knock on wood.

Love my Bushnell cameras. Never had any issues except when a bear ate one last year. Strange how we have different experiences with the same gear.

I used to handle returns at a place where I worked. Returns would be directly associated with lot numbers back to the factories where the components were built.  I'm thinking this has a lot to do with the problems.

I have had good luck with wildgame cams that replaced my stealth cams, jim shockey model that had lasted 8 years. Man they took great pics. May have to try one next season.

Both me and my brother use Bushnell's regularly... No problems and great pictures.....
