My favorite breed is the rottweiler.  My favorite dog of all time was a rottweiler/gsd mix.  This guy:

My favorite had to be a mutt that I got for my wife before we were married.  Smartest dog ever.  It knew everything you were saying.

Love my dachshunds, but they just aren't what I expect from a dog.  More like having a child in the house.

The Labs were great, all around dogs.  I couldn't have asked for more loyal friends.
