For most of the best zones, you need 3 points. Good luck  to those going in the draw.

I recently found out that 3 pts MAY draw, but 4 is a guarantee. However, when you draw....ALL points are taken and you go to a 0 balance. Sucks

No. If you don't draw next year after entering the draw, they return your money,  minus 50 bucks for another point. Then you will be sitting on 3 for the next year.

Kansas was good 15 years ago. Yes still  better than Jersey, but not what it used to be. Too many non-resident hunters shooting 1 -1/2 old bucks  on their last day of the hunt just so they can say they killed something.

I bought my 3rd point. I'll draw an archery tag in zone 4 next year.

Jack you have plenty of time with age for a compound. I have a friend that is 78 and still shooting a compound and climbing a tree hunting.

But i pretty sure you can with a medical reason Not sure of the steps yet on how to get it or Iowa. I started looking into it and haven't continued looking it all up. I have to find out all the info before i put i for it.
