Tactacam 4.0 Not Charging

Came home from hunting this afternoon and went to charge my Tactacam for tomorrows hunt, seems the USB cable isn't staying connected with the USB Port. Called Tactacam, and they emailed me a form with a RA# so they can look at it. I got it charging now using scotch tape, I will mail it back on Monday
