First fawn of the year

Hope it eludes the yotes.  Must be tough being one of the first few born.  That's about 2- 3 weeks earlier than when I start seeing them.

Makes sense to start seeing fawns now since does drop fawns about 200 days after conception.  By late may almost 80% of fawns will have been born.

Oh its early. Assuming that fawn is a few days old being that it's up and about. With a 200 day gestation period that doe was bread the first week in october. I'd say that's early.

If my math is correct that fawn was conceived 10/14-10/20. Give or take a day or two. Go back and check moon phases. Will probably happen this fall on the same moon phase.
