Just for fun! If you were limited too just one lure that you had to use for the ENTIRE season, targeting MULTIPLE species what would you chose? I was thinking about this today while I was fishing the Raritan.

keitech fat swing swim bait.  This is all I use and I catch everything on them (different sizes and colors of course).

Can you imagine how many fish that lure has taken over all these years!

Man I feel like a rapala catches everything. I like a simple blue fox vibrax spinner too.

Funny...when I was thinking about this today, that's the lure that kept coming up, that and maybe a pig tail jig.

LOL, can't even imagine! That's why it would definitely be my one go-to lure!

A Bucktail jig. Fresh or saltwater and depending which one you fish would be what size needed. You can catch almost anything on them from shallow to deep water.

Up until a couple years ago i would say a jig, but today i would have to say a 4” yum dinger in watermelon seed color. I have never used anything that you could use on top for bass down to 90’ for laketrout and any other species that lives between 90’ and the surface

That's a tough one . In NJ solely ? Probably a keitech as others said . It gets the job done .

When im fishing places like Champlain ... chrome rattletrap .... I've caught everything on that there . Ridiculous .
