Boys gonna try traditional!!

My son Logan decided to give the traditional side of bow hunting a try. 

He picked up a Samick recurve with some carbon express heritage arrows. He chose a vista back quiver. I’ll keep you posted on his quest to kill his first spring gobbler with the recurve! Stay tuned!

I think youth day he'll be toting the shotgun. After that its on with the stick and string! Plenty of permits.

The only gobbler I shot with the bow flew away with my arrow until he was out of sight when I was 14..... Found him 2 weeks later in the middle of a swamp..
