unwanted emails with new site?

I figured out my issue, on some older posts that pre-dated the conversion, somehow the system defaulted me to "following" them and set an alert to email me...  

 

I clicked on the threads that been emailing me, and re-set the "follow" options to remove email.. You can also simply just "unfollow".  

 

These "follow" options were overriding my account profile settings apparently... 

 

I am sure some of you are having the same issue...  I only want emails if someone PM's me...

Yes, I had the same issue, and did the same thing. Its been fine the last few days with no Emails.

Yeah I noticed this right out of the gate and updated the global notifications for members.  If you are still getting unwanted emails, go to your Notification Settings and set them to whatever you'd like
