I'm wondering what people think about water intake? I try to drink 4-6 per day  of the 16.9oz bottles we get at the grocery store. Does any body have any thoughts or info? My wife drinks closer to 7 or 8 bottles a day.

Water is good.  For a variety of different reasons.

According to Osmosis Jones it does.

I drink at least a gallon daily. On hot summer days or days when I'm really pushing a hard workout, it will be closer to 1.5 gallons.

 

Remember, drinking water is like taking a shower on the inside

I get the 50oz poland spring bottles from Costco and make sure I drink atleast 3 at work and then 1 at the gym.

I adamantly refuse to drink bottled water unless it's the only thing around.  I have a collection of stainless steel water bottles (some insulated) that I use instead.  Refill for free anywhere.  However, I drink tap water by the gallon every day.
