Long story short I really wanted this guy and the stars aligned that morning. Put one right threw the pump station @ 15yds. Big bodied Agriculture River bottom boy. I Love bow hunting as much as waterfowl now.

Very mature buck - I can tell by the face/nose...    Congrats, I can very well imagine the feeling you had when you took the shot and when you walked up on it... 

 

Yeah I was a big time duck hunter in my teens until about 21 when I started to get into bow hunting...

Try to keep the balance, because I just went full blown bowhunting even though I have a good lab that really really wants for me to duck hunt.
