Which are the top butchers ya'll are using in: North, Central, and South Jersey

Referring to my post "Uber for deermeat" yesterday that had some decent responses and advice....just wondering who the most popular butchers everyone has been using in each 1/3 of the state. Im in Central Jersey and we make the hour+ run to Ely's in Newtown, PA http://elyfarmproducts.com/ They do a great job and offer some of the best specialty cuts for sausage, slim jims, jerky, bologna, etc. They have 24/7 dropoff in which you fill out your order on a computer in their office, print out order and attach it in a plastic bag to the deer, and put the deer into their cold storage. They call you when its ready and give you an order #. Their pickup days are Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings, I could definitely do pickups from Ely's if I got at least 5-6 orders scheduled. Any other butchers have a system like that!?!? If you could pick the most popular butcher in each of North, Central, or South Jersey...who would it be? Obviously, I would not be able to run around to each and every small time butcher around the whole state, but if I had a handful of frequently used butchers and was able to schedule multiple orders to be picked up and delivered a couple times a week, could maybe make a few extra bucks to buy more huntin and fishin gear! Lol

The best one I ever used is Hunterdon Butcher in Pittstown

Another one is The Hunters Butcher in Freehold. This one does not have a good vac pack so I don't waste my money on it and get my meat in wax paper which surprisingly works very well. What is good about this butcher, for your business, you can get your deer in a walking ice box 24/7. It is self service when it come to dropping it off and this part is very well set up with lights a carts to make the transfer easy.

Good luck

I've never used them bc it's not that close to me, but I know a ton of guys who go there and they all say it's a great place.

I've always used Tom the Butcher in Washington, Warren County.  The place is clean, Tom butchers each deer himself, you get your own deer meat and it's vacuum packed and labeled in perfect package sizes. Service is fast and I've never had an issue.  I'd recommend Tom to anyone, without hesitation

Tom the butcher-washington

Jorge the butcher-newton

Those are the 3 I use pending where I shoot the deer...

Hunterdon butcher I use the most because I hunt very close to him and he does an extremely clean job and I get along great with Jimmy the owner.. young guy making s name for himself--i support that!
