Early bow season

Hey guys,

 

I am new to hunting still and have a noob question about early bow season, I am going to hunt in regulation set 6, is early bow a special license? And do I need to specify what zone I am going to hunt in?

Early bow does not require a permit - so long as you have a bow hunting license. Same with winter bow.

 

Oh, and you need to know what zone because some zones don't have early bow and when/if you harvest a deer, you need to specify the zone during the checkin process.

There is no special permit for the early season, it is part of the regular fall bow season.

Don't forget about EAB in early bow season if open in your zone. Have to shoot a doe before shooting a buck
