Bear Sausage Butcher NNJ

As the title states I'm looking for a good butcher to make some Bear Sausage. Live in the Vernon / Stockholm Area really not looking to drive an hour for butcher.

Jorge & Sons makes great sausage in Newton.  Look him up online.

Very nice guy met his wife and son also. The place is spotless can't wait to try the Sage Bear Sausage and Venison Hot Dogs.

Ive had Jorges.....great product...

If you have the right equip you can produce some fine stuff yourself if you have the the time and care to give it a try.

We have had great success using some recipes and spice kits from LEM.

Equipment doesn't require a complete butcher shop  to get the job done.
