Last night’s Northern Region UBNJ members meeting was a huge success! We had Senator Joseph Pennachio and Fish and Wildlife Director Larry Herrighty as our guest speakers. We had a slide presentation about what UBNJ’s objectives are in the north. Mark Kronyak put on a great bear hunting seminar, Charlie Sahanas did a live deer caping demonstration, and Guy Cisternino did a talk about field care of venison, it was all good information and interesting. Kathy Bombace talked about the Bergen and their open house at the Campgaw Mountain Archery Range, that UBNJ will be supporting, she was roundly applauded???? Food, Refreshments, and prizes were given out. Thanks to the generous donations from Mountain Mike Bush, Sahanas Taxidermy, Track and Field, they support us please support them! Thanks to Pete Graziano for being our MC, Dan Lombardo, our Northern Region VP for helping set up this event. Paul Catania, Jim Diomede and Frank Prezioso for helping out at the event. Thanks again to the Bergen Bowmen, Lincoln Park Archers and all those who attended. Thanks to Camp Ocawasin for holding this event, great facilities! Thank you to the many friends who came out and supported us! When I became president back in October, I said we need to do more stuff in the north, last night was the beginning!!!!
