I like when that full moon hits later in October or earlier in November than what it will this year, but although I do put credence in how the moon can draw the doe population into their mensies, I would rather it just be consistently cold for the rut which almost NEVER happens. It certainly won't be a "fully synchronized rut" this year as neither full moon is hitting during peak doe estrous. All that being said - any day in the woods between the 10/24 full moon and the 11/23 full moon has the chance to be a really good day. Maybe we can make a case November 8th which will be smack in between the full moons, is that "one day a year" to be in the woods?
