The venison is marinated for 6 hours in extra Virgin olive oil ( homemade from fresh hand picked olives from our friends farm in Italy 🇮🇹) garlic, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper and Italian seasonings.

UBNJ will be hosting the 13th Annual Bowhunters Game Dinner at Our House Resturant in Farmingdale, NJ. There will only be 175 tickets sold this year down from the 350-400 tickets we usually sell. We are hosting this dinner on our own this year so it was decided to scale it back and make it simple. I promise you it will be the same quality dinner you've come to expect. Tickets will be going fast, I got the tickets yesterday and already 80 tickets have been sold!!!! I can assure you there will be not one ticket sold at the door! Flurry of activities this week, Hunting Season must be over! We have about 38 unspoken for tickets, although we are doing a smaller dinner in terms of ticket sales WE WILL SELL OUT! If you've gone in the past or want to go I suggest contacting me this weekend. Unfortunately the hall is not big enough to accomodate the 350 people we are used to having! NJ Bowhunters Game Dinner Tickets last chance, the dinner is next week and if your tickets are in the mail by Tuesday you should be alright. Thoses who don't have tickets and want to go, should contact me ASAP to arraign meeting somewhere to get your tickets or sending me a check and I will put you on "Willcall"if you're name is not on that list it will cost you $60 dollars instead or $50 for adults, $35 instead of $25. So if you're going I need to know ASAP!!! I think it's the best dinner ever in terms of prizes, hunts, and giveaways! The chef is trying a couple of new dishes this year. (This guy is GOOD!)
