I have a ciopinno listed which is a fish chowder and I don't like New England style clam chowder but will post one up maybe tomorrow

much appreciated to get your views and recipe on the subject. Ps. I prefer Ne rather than Manhattan.

Some where in my archives I have a Fish chowder using Lake Trout and Salmon . I also use it for my NE Chowder as they are similar. I got it from the wife of a Guide up at Champlain. years ago.
