The picture says a thousand words, but I'll add a few more anyway. Took my deer to Jimmy at Hunterdon Deer Butcher, he showed me around his shop which is immaculate. I picked my meat up today, it's all vacuumed sealed and labeled. No fat or silverskin at all. It was a small deer and I was very pleased with the amount of meat I got. I also got a pound of Hot Sticks and a pound of Jalepeno Cheddar Dogs in addition to the normal cuts and hamburger meat.

 

I definitely recommend HDB for next season!
