10/14 live hunt, Jack Shoots Longhorn!

Up on the red hot community scrape stand. Not one bear pic up hear this year but any other year the bears were a nuisance. i did not train any bears for bow bear - probably should have but it became clear to me after seeing bears all spring and summer only to have them vanish come September that they went were the donuts and stale bagels are. So I won't get a bow bear and that's ok because I am enjoying the bearless-deer hunts for once. Still hoping for a slammer buck to show that I have yet to see- but I have two genetically inferior older bucks that might stand a chance to be culled before they breed again. Bear tag in hand "just in case" but that is highly doubtful.

No I have not showered since Sunday. I smell like donuts,mollasses, dumpster slime and bacon. That's the good the bad I will leave alone lol

Good Luck! Today's my 27th wedding anniversary. Otherwise, I would be out hunting.

Something scared off the 9 point - he kept looking at a direction I see absolutely nothing. Not looking at me and my scent blowing away from him. Was hoping it was a bear but I see nothing. 9 will be a stud next year if he makes it. Big single doe here now. She is relaxed. Odd.
