Hello everyone.
My wife is a teacher in a charter school in newark, nj. She is passionate about her job, and we lay out money out of our picket often for supplies for her art classroom. The school budget doesn't have much to allot towards art supplies.

She is currently trying to raise money to get the classroom a kiln so that she can teach pottery classes instead of always stuck doing paper and coloring crafts.

Here is a link to her fundraising attempt. If anyone would like to donate to a good cause, you can do so here:
Use code: LIFTOFF and they will match each donation up to $50

Thanks!

Jay,

My wife has a kiln that she no longer uses. It is a CRESS model LT-3K. It is in excellent condition. She used it for making porcelain dolls. Below is a link I found for the operating manual. Have your wife check out the specs and if it would be suitable then it would be our pleasure to donate it to the school. I PM'd you my phone number.

Bob

I thought, growing old would take longer !

I spent most of my money on shotguns and fly rods.  The rest I just wasted.

Maybe Hillary Clinton will chip in some bucks. The nation of Quatar gave a million bucks to Bill for his birthday. So nice of them as they fund Isis and the Clintons take the cash.

So proud of your wife working in a charter school.  So many of the public teachers bad mouth them and call the teachers traitors.  I support the schools and the job they do in trying to educate kids better and get better results, which is the main point.  It's a tough world and tougher if you are not educated and these schools are trying to change that.
