Bear frustrations

Been hunting zone 3 hard since Monday, between ATVs, dogs, and just lots of foot traffic in general I'm watching my months of hard work go down the drain as these bear have been nocturnal. Working the rest of the week but hope to give it one last shot Saturday afternoon

Yeah, that's zone 3.  Some of the best hiking trails anywhere, and they are like highways during the day.

 

I got lucky and moved onto some private land, but it isn't much better.  ATVs still buzz through there, but I've been able to talk to a few people and they've been mostly respectful about my spot.

We have two spots that had bears on then both went dead a week before the season. Spent three days straight in one and did not see a bear and bait just sat there. So I now your pain good luck Saturday
