Crazy two days.  I had no bait and no cameras out, but the damage in the corn fields was enough evidence.  I saw no bears yesterday, though guys all around the farm I hunt were tagging out on some serious bears.  After helping a buddy last night with his till the wee hours, I decided to go to work today and just hunt the afternoon.  I had many chances, all sows with 1st year cubs.  They all got a pass.  Then this boar walked the edge of the corn.  10 yard shot.  60 yard run. 563 pounds checked in a Whittingham.  Recovery was super simple .............
