ALMOST Christmas

Or it at least feels like it.
Can't wait for Monday morning to come.
Bears really been hammering the bait this week.
Pretty excited for our first NJ archery bear season to start.

Set up my heavy bow yesterday.shooting Freak nasty's into an apple to 60 yards.
My furthest possible shot tomorrow is under 20. So should be a chip shot.

Good luck all - sorta getting excited for it, I bought permit last minute.  I may have to sit all day because my largest bear was near my relocated special bear pile at 1pm yesterday. He scared the bejesus out of my neighbor who was out posting his propery when I ran into him. He was pretty shook up, said the bear saw him and showed no fear and did not run.  Where he described it was by the apples and sunflower seeds I dumped. (no cam).  Also got a quart of Moultrie Bear Magnet oil - sure smells good put some of that out as well...
