What kind of bow for bear

Like title says, just curious what everyone is using....Long, Recurve, Compound or Crossbow? I will be using compound.

Crossbow.  The thing has a 165# draw on it, and I want to make sure I hit home.  The 55# on my compound will probably do the job, the xb will leave no doubt.

Matthews Q2XL. 16 years old and still kills like day 1. But a bear will be a bonus, as I'm focusing on deer.

I'll be toating my 1976 Bear Kodiak Magnum. 52" AMO 50#'s at 28". I'm solid with it to 25 yards and have multiple spots set at pinch points on travel routes that'll give me 15 yard shots. Have multiple bears traveling constantly all day long on most stand location.
