Please be very careful if you decide to run your dogs at Clinton. The state cut the paths in such a manner where they left 4-6" sharp sticks on the ground that will poke your dog in the foot and/or chest.

That sucks, i planned on going to clinton. Thanks for the info, looks like I will be heading to black river. Never went there, anyone have any info on the dog training area?

Fog training area at black River is after the bridge on pleasant hill Rd if your coming from rt 10 side. Last time I was there fields looked good that was about a month ago .
