My son sat in this ground blind where I had seen 3 bucks walking 3 days ago. I almost had him sit on that green bucket, but I didn't like the background cover. At 6:09 two bucks came off the small hill in front of him and walked past. He drew just before the larger of the two emerged from behind some vegetation. He then made a small voice grunt to stop the walking deer and then placed the arrow perfect behind the shoulder from 12 yards. The deer ran 60 yards and piled up. The deer was a 7 point , and he weighed 160# dressed. A very fat and healthy deer! The pictures show where he sat when he shot. He was wearing a face mask and the deer never looked at him. Nice when everything works out. A great night for us! up.gif Thanks for reading.

Great memories great story.  Lucky boy to be hunting with his dad.  Those memories will be with him forever.
