pork roll vs Taylor ham debate has a victor and a loser

sorry north jersey you guys lost so all them goofy eaterys and people saying it's Taylor ham must surrender and bow down.I went to the store today with the mrs and took these photos myself sorry guys I know you've been taught poorly and misinformed it's pork roll

Why do people say Pork Roll is a South Jersey thing? I'm born and raised North Jersey and we always called it Pork Roll and still do. Even if the menu says Taylor Ham I order Pork Roll.

The difference is plain pork roll is just that "pork Roll".....if it's TAYLOR it tastes better.

The Super Duper Deli on Talmadge Road in Edison, 15+ years ago.

Almost every morning a large coffee and a pork roll, egg & cheese on a hard roll with salt pepper and ketchup.

Might be worth the 35 mile trip up there tomorrow morning for one !

they are wrong it's a south jersey thing North jersey had to get pork roll and tried to change the name.

Taylor Ham = bacon, loins, hams, shoulder and the special flavor is the taint.[emoji51] it's all ground up pig meat.
