Just reloaded bait area. This time I did 50lbs corn and about 75 rolls and donuts that i glazed in brown sugar and anise, then I topped it all with a jug of honey and a box of star anise. This time I also put some branches over the pile to deter coons and other animals with a sweet tooth. Well see what the Covert sends me. Any other tips I could do or did anything wrong?

Sounds like a great starter bait.  The only thing I would have done differently is to pour alot of the stickey, gooey honey over top of the logs so that when the bear moves the logs, he gets it in his paws and tracks it along as he wanders through the woods.  You can also use pancake syrup, fryer grease, bacon grease or in my case, I have a huge bucket of molasses that I use, and I pour it over the logs every time I bait.  My best spot has had 6 different identifiable bears, but now the biggest of them seems to have claimed the bait spot as his. Best of luck to you !!!
