Come on it never got cold enough last winter to burn out the double barrel one you made last season

the bottom barrel wasent in great condition when I built it, it had a couple pin holes in it so I wanted a new barrel so I didnt have to worry. also with the damper on the top of the old one I had to burn with door partially open. this one damper is at bottom of door and drafts great

how long does it take to burn the paint off?  1 fire and good?

yea one fire but you want it real hot. when I burn the paint off I just kee feeding it pallet wood and paper and cardboard to get it screaming hot, keep burning to barrel stops smoking and paint flakes off. the last thing you want if for the paint to burn off indoors.
