Oh, that.

 

Neither good nor bad.  Slightly good.  As a libertarian, less government is good.  For the most part, ICANN has already been doing this job for the past few years.  Now that the gov't is out of it, mostly good.  But...wait and see.  Let's see if the Chinese, Russians, Indians, and whomever else try to wrest control from ICANN.

 

Best part is that they are a US non-profit, so we still have a lot of skin in the game so to speak.

 

I could seriously nerd out how this is like oil trading on the dollar and the dollar as the world baseline currency, but I need another couple of beers before I can spew that one out.

 

So neutral trending mostly good.
