Pick up in Fanwood, NJ ... can deliver to your place within a reasonable distance. Can also set the Surface up for your home network, if you need help.

I am also willing to give credit for having 1 bedroom painted) typical small cape upstairs add-on, approx 12x15, gutter cleaning, ceiling fan installation (swap out), minor electrical - putting 2 bulbs on the same line on the same switch, and replacing a very small section of vinyl siding. I have no such skills and I'm not allowed to to paint or play with power tools ... long story.
