The argument that if a rifle is not fully automatic disqualifies it from being an assault rifle will never cut it. The style of the rifle can also makes the rifle an assault rifle if it is styled after a "true" assault rifle, fully auto or not. There needs to be more to win that argument solely on that one point. Personally I hate the term "assault rifle", any rifle can be an assault rifle if used to carry out an assault on people. Just my opinion.
