I have two outboard motors I would like to sell. First one is a Johnson Sea Horse 9.9hp. I had it tuned up about 15 years ago and haven't used it since. It has always been garage kept and has compression. Only issue I found was the throttle handle is stuck. Asking $600

The second is an antique Sears and Roebuck Water Witch don't know what year it was made and have never seen it run. It has compression and might be a good project or a motor to hang on the wall. Asking $200

Does the 9.9 have spark ? There are a lot of parts that probably need to be replaced after sitting that long, especially if there is little or no spark
