Put forward facing sonar on the bassboat!

Installed the Eagle Eye 9 on the Basstracker and I am in the game of forward facing sonar!!  Fish, bait, structure, & cover out in front of the boat will display on the screen to about 90 ft away and transducer is on the front trolling motor.
 

Built a stand for about $30 bucks so I don’t get “scope neck” from looking down at it …as if it would be mounted low on the deck….pal has same set up but spent $200+ on his stand…but it does pivot to various angles  

Interesting how technology has got to this point with fishing!!  Lol. My pal had his unit last season and described it as hunting for fish. May be the most significant technological advancement in fishing ever!  Kind of like how trail cameras changed deer hunting…technology advanced and we all got in the game.
