I am self taught but Shannons(south branch outfitters) in Califon  and tight lines fly shop in parsippany has classes also . You tube has many great videos by some of the great tiers . But good place to start is the nj fish and game at pequest.

Were you one of our back room Sunday tyers?  I was Shannon’s head guide for many years back in the day. Not a day goes by I don’t miss Jimmy may he rest in peace.

Dry fly or die!  😁

I fully understand loving dry fly fishing....BUT it's the smallest portion of fly fishing, as there isn't always hatches!

I prefer catching tuna by jigging, but will do most other methods if need be.
