I grill outside year round.

Same.  Ribeye on the weekend (red meat once a week). And then grilled chicken breast at least twice during the week.

I grill year-round as well.  Lump charcoal and my Weber 26. I did a flank steak yesterday and some wings earlier today.

I move the grill by the sliding door in the kitchen during the winter. 

BTW, I have the same grill.

Also a Weber kettle guy. Never a fan of gas grills. Unless it’s raining I grill a few times a week year round.

I grill all year also.I find it hard to get a good sear with my Weber gass grill,too much space between the meat and the flames,hate the flavor bars!

You have to preheat it to at least 500 degrees.
