Same.  Ribeye on the weekend (red meat once a week). And then grilled chicken breast at least twice during the week.

I grill all year also.I find it hard to get a good sear with my Weber gass grill,too much space between the meat and the flames,hate the flavor bars!

You have to preheat it to at least 500 degrees.
