Pittman-Robertson, Dingell-Johnson, Wallop-Breaux, etc Conservation Funding Topic add-on?

Just throwing this out there @BowhunterNJ….there seems to be lots of confusion about how dedicated conservation funding through license sales, gear excise taxes, etc is implemented….or some confusion about all the details of what programs gets approved funding….and maybe it would be a good topic to create to educate site members how some of the most effective conservation funding efforts successfully works….ie P-R Act, W-B Act, D-J Act, etc.

In this day and age a license and gear buying sportsman should understand where his money goes instead of thinking it goes to the State General Fund, roads, housing, etc.
 

Any specific info, questions, articles, news updates reference conservation funding could be posted in this topic instead of the existing General Conservation Topic….it is so important that it should have its own topic….because this country’s conservation funding really is the unsung hero behind a lot of the passions we all pursue and all sportsman should have a comprehensive, genuine understanding how it works.
