Suggestions for hunting small property from PA hunters?

My parents have a house in a semi-residential neighborhood on about 2 acres. The property is nestled in the woods and they have tons of deer and a big group of turkeys. Property runs up against a big field as well.

 

Would you hunt a spot like this? Apparently there are no "no discharge" laws. No one hunts the area, but I'd love to try to get out for spring turkey.

 

I can see other houses from where I would place the stand. Would need to measure distance. Probably 500 feet.

It depends really...What town is it?

You can probably bowhunt without issues

Ha--I think they're good for carpentry Gruntmaster.

 

The place is middle south eastern PA. Residential area where every lot is about 2.5 acres. So it's somewhat private, but it's certainly no State Game Land. I know people hunt everywhere, but I haven't really read about people hunting 2 acre spots on here.

 

They claim to have a large group of does every fall, but they've never seen any horns. The deer run a pretty pronounced path through the property. Turkeys are always there in the fall, not sure about the spring.
