I would normally post before a major event as a way to help keep my sanity and talk to a great community about life stuff.

Dad has been dealing with afib for a number of years now. He's supposed to be in the Bahamas with his wife on a cruise for her 75th birthday, but last week he ended up in the ER again with an afib attack. After a number of medications one of which gave him a bad upset stomach and only able to eat plain oatmeal and salad, the doctor's put him in touch with a specialist to fix the nerve causing the afib. The plans changed 4 times as to location and date of the procedure.

Thank God he was bumped up from Friday this week to this past Monday! The procedure was a success and he stayed overnight due to how late they started and the time needed to make sure there was no bleeding. My aunt got him home and I checked up on him this afternoon, heart is in a normal rhythm and one less medication to be on!

Not trusting the government doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist, it makes you a history buff
