vdep217 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 It's a useless look at me law. Already happens. You have to list those who reside with you already. I know someone who's father had a felony they lived with. They had to appeal the denial and prove that their father wouldn't have access to the safe combo
Sako76 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Murphy, another POS democrat! The Gestapo would be proud of her!

How were they denied or why Could have been if the firearms were seized for a restraining order, mental health crisis, TERPO, etc and upon those issues being resolved, a firearm return was denied by the local prosecutors office and the owner had to prove the household member w a disqualification had no access to the firearms. Or maybe he had to do a change of address for his FID to live at his fathers house and the SP had records of his father with a felony. There’s more details to their issues why they were denied. They will lose, but they're going to keep trying anything to beat Bruen and any other Pro 2A lawsuits we will eventually win.
