Decided to get a little creative but simple.  Brussel sprouts mushroom and onion sautéed in olive oil.  Pheasant and venison rolled in seasoned flour and air fried till crispy.  Made a honey pepper balsamic glaze that came out fantastic.

Balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons of honey crushed pepper flakes heated add cornstarch till desired thickness

I pulled venison steaks out yesterday and are still frozen, that'll be lunch Wednesday
