The only reason I havemt gotten any of the flex is because I have 13 micros and 14 lit 10 battery packs.  The flex takes an lit 22.  I have 3 from 2019 still going strong

It’s the plans that kill me I like to use my cameras all year with unlimited pics and that gets expensive. That why I only run four cameras. Ive been throwing in a few of my sd cameras in the mix. Four cells over minerals then afew sd cams for moving around scouting

With the spypoints.  Join the club for 99 bucks.  You get 250 pics on every cam on your account.  Than discounted plans.

Well I’ve been down that spypoint road before the worst customer service I ever dealt with for any business. I had their unlimited plan. 250 pics is fine for scouting un baited trails and such. But a lot of time I get that many pics in a morning over minerals or bait on a single camera

Correct. But with the discounted price for being a member unlimited plan is 8 dollars per month if you pay for the year.  You also get priority if you need to call or use chat.  Doing the updates I havent had to call in 2 seasons.  The new cams do the updates automatically.

Not that it's an excuse but the club membership gives you priority on cs.  I haven't had to call in 2 seasons now just doing the updates.  The new cams do updates automatically

Excuse would be more like if I had no experience with spypoint,  but in reality I had experience. An issue with the cell link 3 weeks after putting it out. It's electronic and understand issues can and will happen be it 3 weeks or 3 years. But when they told me to return it to them on my dime and they would ship out a new one at discounted price I asked about the warranty and was given excuses,  but I contributed the lack of communication understanding cause the lady spoke with a heavy accent at the time French accent.  I just gave up a purchased a cellular camera a Ridgetec. 

It's not cameras it's their customer service that stops me, and it's a known fact people have issues with customer service more so then the cameras

That’s the same as I pay o my reveals. Do reveals miss pics yes. Do spypoints miss pics yes. So to me it comes down to customer service.

I think spypoints range gives them the edge over others.  Also the way it's positioned on cam..  we all have cams that we like and that's great.  I chose to stay with spypoint because of the 250 pics free.  Putting them on scrapes or pinch points it's enough for the most part.  Right now I'm running 7 cams in October I was running 15.  Without the free option it cost me an arm n a leg
