OBX fishing ???

Heading to the outerbanks  end of July/first week August. I want to hop on a charter boat. Not a head boat. 

Any suggestions? Anyone can recommend someone?Appreciate it.

I had great time on Chaser with Captain Jeremy Johnson last June.  We got 60 Mahi and a big white marlin. Hatteras inlet.  
 

inshore fishing you want Rick Scarborough on “SpeckTackler” to catch Spanish Mack’s, bluefish, reds and sea trout - again Hatteras inlet.

I went down to the Marina my first day and asked about a mix up charter. I was on a boat in two days and hammered the mahi and one tuna. I believe my boat was call the Phideaux. Probably 15 years ago though.
