The Importance of Feathers

My dog Raven has struggled this year and it is absolutely my fault. I was laxed in training and she developed some bad habits. In addition, I limited her by thinking she was too small at 43 lbs to handle retrieving geese. I bought a Dokken Goose dummy and we worked with that, but a big goose is a different story. I decided to use the geese from yesterday's hunt to do some training with real birds and feathers. It took her about 6 retrieves to figure it out.
