Sweet 16 in the books

Started with family birthday party, she's named after my grandma and for her 16th birthday she was given the jewelry box I made for her on her 88th, I wrote her a letter after seeing her for the first ultrasound not a dry eye lol.

We did the shitty trip today started with the lunch cruise around Manhattan cruise was with The Spirit of New York people were extremely nice and food was actually really good, from there we took hunterbobs advice and did a carriage ride around Central Park he was right absolutely great time. It was absolutely freezing out so stopped in a cafe for hot chocolate and warm up a bit about 1800 we were back out and on our way to see the tree this is where it turned into a shit show lol

People came out of the wood work, gutters, side streets you name it.

It was an absolute madness house it was so crazy you could do nothing but laugh as it was almost impossible to navigate. Call it Christmas magic or what you want but everyone was laughing and talking about the crazy of it all and using each other to cut paths. You find someone and go you get ahead and someone is right on your heels, I hate people and crowds but honestly it was a lot of fun mostly because everyone was so cordial.

Not a fan of the city but really did have a great cold time.

She was happy and that was all that matters.
